After our shoot with India’s leading YouTuber Bhuvan Bam, the challenge was to re-position Pizza Hut as India’s go-delivery brand @99* from India’s most trusted and loved dining brand. While working on the account, I led the brand’s social media handles, LinkedIn, content strategy + communication for new launches, and moment integrations like IPL.

Brand Communication: Quality Time Over Quarantine

During the covid situation, we positioned the brand’s communication - #QualityTimeNotQuarantine that urged people to be optimistic while staying at home and appreciate the extra quality time they have with themselves and family during this crisis.

It was the first time an Indian brand communication was shortlisted globally and replicated in countries like Pizza Hut Pakistan, Pizza Hut Sri Lanka, and many more.

We also launched India’s first contactless delivery/takeaway communication for Pizza Hut - ‘Your food touched only by you’ which was adopted globally.
